Bijzo is a bookkeeping tool designed for self-employed individuals in Belgium. The app is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for the security of your account
4. Subscription Plans
- Free — limited features as described on the pricing page
- Pro Monthly — €12.99/month, features as described
- Pro Yearly — €99.98/year, features as described
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Billing is managed via the web (Stripe), the Apple App Store or Google Play.
5. Acceptable Use
When using Bijzo, you must not:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Abuse the API or OCR service
6. Intellectual Property
Bijzo owns the app, design, and code. Your data remains yours.
7. Disclaimer
The app does not provide tax or legal advice. Consult a professional accountant. We are not liable for errors in VAT calculations, though we strive for accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
We can suspend accounts for violations of these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
10. Governing Law
Belgian law applies. The courts of Belgium have jurisdiction.
