Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
When you create a new account, you automatically get 14 days of Pro features at no cost. No credit card is required. After 14 days, your account switches to the Free plan and you keep all your data. You can upgrade to Pro whenever you want.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the app settings. You will keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then your account switches to the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure payment provider Stripe. On mobile, you can also pay through Google Play or the Apple App Store using your existing payment method.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing (and save 36%) or from yearly to monthly at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and settings remain unchanged when you switch plans.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Google Cloud infrastructure which meets the highest security standards. Bijzo is fully GDPR compliant and we never sell or share your financial data with third parties.
Do I still need an accountant?
Bijzo is built around Belgian tax and bookkeeping logic, making it easy for you to manage your own administration. Many self-employed professionals handle their bookkeeping independently with Bijzo and our community's support. If you prefer working with an accountant, Bijzo makes their job easier too — your income, expenses, VAT reports, and exports are always organised and ready to share.
