4. Why We Collect Data
We process your data based on the following legal grounds: contract performance and legitimate interest.
- To provide the Bijzo service (accounting features)
- To process subscriptions (via RevenueCat)
- To improve the app (anonymous analytics)
5. Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored on Google Firebase (EU region: europe-west1)
- Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Receipt images are stored in Firebase Storage, accessible only by the account owner
6. Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google) — hosting, database, authentication, storage
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Google Cloud Vision — OCR processing (Pro only; images are processed but not stored by Google)
